Ormer is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team in Jersey. Working across a variety of residential and commercial projects, you'll play an important role in supporting our site teams and helping projects run safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting site teams with day-to-day groundwork and construction tasks
• Keeping sites clean, organised and safe
• Moving materials and equipment
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as required
• Carrying out general labouring duties across a range of projects

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous construction experience is beneficial but not essential

Location: Jersey
Hours: Full-time

We're looking for an experienced Jobber / Multi-Trade Operative to join the Ormer team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.

Working on residential renovations, new builds and maintenance projects, you'll be a key member of our team, helping deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Working across multiple trades, including carpentry, plastering, tiling and general maintenance
• Completing snagging and finishing works
• Solving day-to-day challenges on site
• Delivering high-quality finishes across a range of projects
• Working closely with colleagues and subcontractors

What we're looking for

• Proven experience across two or more trades
• At least five years' experience within the construction industry
• A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full driving licence is advantageous
